All Torkkeli Jewellery products are handmade in Jyväskylä, Finland
Materials that we use in our jewelry:
- 14k and 18k white gold, yellow gold and Rose Gold. All gold in our jewelry is 100% recycled!
- 500 Palladium
- 950 Platinum
- Titanium
- We also make pendants, earrings and other jewelry from 925 Sterling Silver
All metals we use are nickel free. Our white gold is palladium white gold alloy
We only use natural gemstones and Diamonds in our jewelry. All Diamonds we use are conflict free Diamods. We do not use any gemstones or diamonds that are syntethic.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The item needs to be in original NEW condition for return/exchange and in original jewelry box. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We place “Non-Returnable if Removed” tags on each piece of jewelry. Once this tag is cut, you can NO LONGER return the item(s). Please use scissors to cut the tags to prevent damage to the item(s).
Torkkeli Jewellery reserves the right to decide if the items are used or worn to not accept the return(s). If items are returned without the “Do not Remove” tags, Torkkeli Jewellery reserves the right to return the package to the sender.
Once we receive the returned package, our team will inspect the item(s) to make sure they meet our return guidelines. If approved, we will make the refund.
If Items(s) do not meet our return guidelines, you will be responsible to have them shipped back to you.

LIFETIME WARRANTY
We have a limited lifetime warranty for all our Torkkeli&Co. Ltd. Jewelry, including warranty against defect in materials and workmanship in the jewelry. The warranty does not cover any damage due to use of the jewelry. The warranty is that during your lifetime Torkkeli&Co. Ltd. will at it's option repair the items (s) or replace them with item of equal or greater quality without charge to you. You will be responsible of any cost of shipment of your jewelry to Torkkeli&Co. Ltd. You are also responsible of the shipment in case of loss or damage due during the shipping of the ring in repair. The warranty expires in case of third party repairs/alterations or other type of involment in the jewelry. By third party we mean another than a Torkkeli Jewellery jeweler.
